Reliable Steel Traders

Reliable Steel Traders is out in Chikhali, specifically in the Kudalwadi area. We are quite close to Pimpri Chinchwad so there is always a lot of industrial activity around us. The sound of metal moving and trucks idling is something we hear from morning until night. Our yard is filled with various steel items and it can look a bit messy to someone passing by. We have a small shed where we keep the tools and the heavy lifting equipment we use for the bigger pieces. The ground is mostly hard packed dirt and it gets muddy when it rains. We spend a lot of our time loading and unloading trucks that come in from the main road. It is physical work and my clothes usually end up with some grease or rust on them by the end of the shift. We do not have any big fancy reception area for visitors. If someone wants to talk to us they just come into the main gate and find us near the stacks. We have a few plastic chairs and a table where we do the invoices and drink our tea. The heat in Kudalwadi can be tough in the middle of the year so we try to get the heavy stuff done early. It is a straightforward business and we do not try to make it look like something it is not. We just trade steel and try to stay organized enough to know where everything is.
