Relaince Communication

Relaince Communication is located right near Swargate, close to the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal area. It’s a very busy part of the city to have a shop. We deal with all things related to mobile communications. Whether it is getting a new connection or fixing a handset that has seen better days, we handle it right here. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. It can get pretty loud with all the traffic from the terminal nearby, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use any fancy corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just try to find out what the problem is and see if we can solve it. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, and we just tell people that straight up. We don't like making promises we can't keep. Most of our customers are locals or people passing through the terminal who need something fixed fast. We've been here long enough to know what people in Swargate need. It’s a straightforward shop run by a few of us who just want to do a good job. We don't have any big mission statements, just a bunch of phones and tools and a willingness to help out anyone who walks in. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the shop gets full, but we manage to get through the day one customer at a time. It’s just us doing what we know best in this part of town.
