Refactor Info Tech Llp

Our office is located in Pune at Bhakti Heritage, 10A. We are right opposite the Aundh Police Station, which is a very easy landmark to find. Bremen Chowk is just around the corner, so it’s a really busy part of the city. Refactor Info Tech is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an LLP, so we all have a stake in making sure things go right. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We deal with info tech stuff, mostly coding and fixing things that break. Aundh is great because there are so many cafes and shops nearby. We usually head out for a walk around Bremen Chowk when we need a break from the screens. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. It’s not some high-end tech hub with bean bags and arcade games. We just have chairs and tables and good Wi-Fi. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking at once, but that’s just how we work. We don't really follow a strict dress code or anything. Most of us just show up in jeans and get to it. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we’re in a boardroom. It’s just us, doing our tech jobs in a neighborhood we like. There's always work to be done.
