We are over here at Magarpatta City in Hadapsar, working out of the Jasminium building. It's a busy spot but we manage to keep things moving. Our office is up on the sixth floor, R604 specifically. We started Redsol Solutions because we wanted to do tech work in a way that makes sense. Being in Magarpatta means there's always something happening around us. The traffic outside can get a bit much sometimes, especially during peak hours. Inside, we just focus on the projects we have on our desks. It’s not a huge setup, just a group of us sitting with our laptops. Most days start with tea and figuring out what needs to be finished by evening. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff. It’s more about fixing problems and making sure the software does what it’s supposed to do. Someone is usually troubleshooting while someone else is on a call. We've been in this space for a while now and it feels like home. The walls are mostly white, nothing too flashy. We keep it simple. Sometimes we order food from the nearby places when we’re working late. It's just a regular workplace where we try to be useful. We’ve had some long nights here, but that’s how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide decent solutions from our small corner in Pune.
