Redinext It Solutions Private Limited

If you head over to Pancard Club Road in the Baner area of Pune, you’ll find us. We are in Enclave Apartments at SR NO 64/1. It’s a nice enough spot, a bit away from the main road noise but still close to everything. Redinext It Solutions Private Limited is basically just a few of us working out of this space. We do a lot of IT work, which means we are usually glued to our screens for eight or nine hours a day. The apartment is set up for working, with plenty of desk space and a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee. Baner has grown so much in the last few years, and there are always new buildings going up around us. We like being in this part of Haveli because it’s easy to get to. Our day starts around nine, and we usually work through until the evening. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with our logo on the wall. We just have our workstations and each other. We talk through our projects as we go, so we don't really need a lot of formal structure. It’s a very relaxed place to work. We don't wear suits or worry about looking corporate. We just care about getting the tasks done and making sure everything works like it is supposed to. It's a simple life for us here in the Enclave.
