Our place is in Kalyani Nagar, specifically in Commercial Building 3 on the ground and first floor. It’s a decent sized spot on Plot 18. We have been working out of here for a while now. Most of the time we are just busy on the first floor where we handle the main paperwork and the cooking happens mostly downstairs. Kalyani Nagar is a busy area so there is always something going on outside our windows. The traffic can be a real headache in the evenings when everyone is leaving their offices. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need to find us usually do. It’s a lot of work keeping two floors running right. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up so we end up taking the stairs a lot. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It’s just a practical space for us to do our thing. We aren't some big corporate chain or anything like that. Just a small group of people trying to run a food business in Pune. I spend most of my day just checking on things and making sure we haven't run out of anything. It’s a long day usually starting early and not leaving until the sun is well down. It is just regular work for us.
