Real Power Software

Real Power Software is located in Pune, specifically in the Pimple Saudagar area at number 12. It’s a growing part of the city, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us recently. Even though we do software, our office doesn’t feel like one of those giant tech campuses. It’s a pretty basic setup on the 12th floor. We spend most of our time staring at screens and drinking way too much coffee. The view from Pimple Saudagar is alright, especially in the evenings when the lights come on. We aren’t trying to be the next global giant. We just like writing code and solving problems for the people who ask us to. The office is usually a bit messy with cables and extra monitors everywhere. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy breakroom with a pool table. We just have a small kitchen where someone usually leaves some snacks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic in Pune is acting up, which is pretty often. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. People in the building know us as the quiet group at number 12. We don't do much in terms of advertising or sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people we've helped out before. It’s a steady way to run things without all the corporate pressure.
