Rdc Solutions Private Limited is a bit different because we aren't in the middle of a big city center. We are located at Hno 638 in Dhok Sangvi, which is in the Shirur area of Pune. It’s more of a local, neighborhood setting rather than a commercial office park. Our workspace is part of a regular building and it has a very casual feel to it. We handle all kinds of solutions and technical work from here. Since we are in Shirur, things are a bit slower and quieter than if we were in the heart of Pune city. We like it that way because it allows us to focus without as many distractions. The team is small and we often sit together to hash out ideas or fix problems. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks. We use everyday language and don't try to sound like a big multinational corporation. We are just a local team doing our best with the tools we have. Sometimes we have power cuts or the internet slows down, but that’s just part of working in this area. We’ve built this business from the ground up and we’re happy with the simple way we do things here. It is just about getting the job done.
