At Rbis Technology Private Limited, we are based out at Pyramid Country in the Mulshi area, near PAU in Pune. Our office is in Building No 804, right by Gate No 99B. It takes a bit of a drive to get out here from the city center, but the peace is worth it. The air feels a lot fresher here than it does in the middle of a traffic jam in Pune. We work on different kinds of tech projects from this quiet spot. The office is a decent size, giving us enough room to sit and focus on our screens without feeling cramped. We don't have any formal rules about what to wear, so most of us just show up in t-shirts. A lot of our time is spent developing software or sorting out technical problems for people. Because the building is part of a larger complex, there’s usually some activity outside, but our floor stays pretty calm. We have a small area where we make our own tea and eat lunch together. Big corporate rules don't really exist here. We just have a list of things to finish and we get on with it. Sometimes we stay a little later to meet a deadline, but we usually try to head home before it gets dark. It’s a simple and honest way to run a business. We like the independence of being out here in Mulshi. It's a good environment for thinking without the usual city noise.
