We’re located at S-89 in Bhosari, which is right in the heart of the industrial zone. Ravjeet Engg Specialities is a place where there’s always the sound of something being cut or grinded in the background. It’s not a quiet office environment at all. The air usually smells a bit like oil and metal, which is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Our shop floor is packed with tools and materials, and we have to be careful where we step sometimes. We don't have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s just a solid gate and a workspace that’s built for heavy work. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't spend much time talking about how to do things—we just get to it. Bhosari is a tough area with a lot of competition, so we just focus on our own workbench and the orders we have for the day. If a neighbor needs a tool or some help, we usually lend a hand. It’s a tight-knit community of workers around here. We handle the engineering side of things without making it sound more complicated than it is. Our paperwork is kept in a small cabin in the corner, but the real work happens out on the floor. It’s a basic, functional setup that lets us do what we know how to do best.
