Ratnadeep Restaurants Llp is located right on Shirole Road in Pune. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded with students and office people. We are at 1201/11/B. It’s a lively spot to be in. We spend most of our time in the back, making sure everything is running the way it should. Running a restaurant business involves a lot of paperwork and even more cleaning. People don't always see the hours that go into just prepping the ingredients before the doors even open. We have a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. Sometimes we argue about how to stack the crates or who forgot to turn off the lights, but it’s all in good fun. Pune weather can be unpredictable, so we are always checking the roof when it rains. The building is older, which gives it some character but also means we are always fixing something. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot. It takes a lot of effort to keep things consistent. We just show up every day, do the work, and hope for the best. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. The noise of the street is always there, but we have gotten used to it after all this time. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves going through the heat.
