You can find us at Rathod Telecom over in Budhwar Peth. Our shop is on the 2nd Cross in P S Lane, at house number 39. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know exactly how crowded and lively it gets. There are shops of every kind everywhere and people are always moving about. Our shop is quite small, just enough room for the display counters and a couple of stools for people to sit on. We mostly do phone repairs and sell small things like cases, chargers, and screen guards. A lot of people come in because they dropped their phone or the battery has stopped working properly. We try to get things fixed as fast as we can because we know nobody likes being without their phone for very long. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside when we have more than a few customers at once, but we always make it work somehow. We don't use any fancy high-tech machines, just the tools that get the job done right. The lane outside is narrow, so it is mostly people walking or riding on scooters. We have been in this same spot for a few years now. It is not a corporate store or a big franchise. It is just us. Sometimes we sit outside for a quick tea when things are slow. We like being in Budhwar Peth because there is always something interesting happening.
