Rasoi Pure Veg Dinning Room Private Limited

We set up this dining room over in Bhosale Shopping a few years back. It’s right on South Main Road, not too far from Bramha Sun City. Most days it’s just me and a couple of others keeping the tables clean and making sure people get their food on time. It is a pure veg place because that is what we know how to cook. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer months but we have the big fans going all day. Sometimes the delivery bikes block the entrance a bit but the neighbors are mostly okay with it. We don't have fancy menus or anything like that. It’s just a simple room with chairs and tables where you can sit and eat a meal. My uncle used to help out with the accounts but now it’s mostly my younger brother doing that part. We see a lot of the same faces every week from the nearby apartments. Vadgaon Sheri has changed a lot since we started here. There are way more cars on the road now. We usually open up around eleven and don't finish up until late at night after the last dishes are washed. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for the rush to start. I guess it’s just a regular local business like any other on this street. We try to keep things quiet but during lunch it gets pretty noisy with everyone talking at once.
