Rasoi Magic Food India Pvt Ltd

We operate out of Mohamadwadi Pisoli in the Havali area. Our facility is at Shade No 1-2, 32/ A- 6. It’s an industrial-style space where we handle all the food production for Rasoi Magic Food India Pvt Ltd. The building is basically a large warehouse that we’ve divided into different sections for mixing and packaging. It gets quite loud when all the machines are running at the same time. We have a small crew that looks after the different stages of the process. Most of our day is spent making sure the ratios are right and the packaging machines don't jam up. It's not the kind of place with carpets or nice paintings on the walls. It’s a functional workspace designed for getting things done. We have a lot of bags and containers stacked up against the walls. The air is often filled with the scent of different spices and ingredients. We have to wear hairnets and aprons all day, which can be a bit annoying when it's hot, but it's part of the job. Logistics takes up a lot of our time too, coordinating with the trucks that come into the Pisoli area to pick up the finished goods. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just have a job to do here in the shade units and we stick to it. It's a lot of hard work and long hours, but we keep things moving along.
