We set up Rapid City Sales & Services right here on Alandi Road, specifically at Front Plot No-2 in the Defence R & D Cooperative Society area. It’s a busy spot in Vishram Wadi-Kalash, and most days we are just trying to keep up with the calls. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to sales and the technical work that follows. It is not some fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It is just a regular office where we keep our tools and paperwork. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw the sign while driving toward Alandi. My brother and I started this because we knew the area needed someone reliable who wouldn't overcharge for basic service. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it. We spend most of our mornings sorting out the inventory and then heading out to handle whatever jobs came in overnight. It’s honest work. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs help with a repair or wants to buy something, they just walk in or give us a ring. We try to be straight with people about how long things will take. Sometimes parts are delayed, and we tell you that. It’s better to be real than to make promises we can't keep. That’s just how we run things here in this corner of the city.
