We’re Rankuno Interactive Technologies Pvt Ltd, located over in Netaji Nagar in Pune. Our address is 18 215, which is easy enough to find if you’re familiar with this part of Maharashtra. We’ve been based here for some time now. Even though we do technology work, our office looks pretty much like any other local business you would find on this street. We have a bunch of computers and a few servers that hum in the corner all day long. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons during the summer, so we keep the ceiling fans going at full speed. Our team is a group of local people who know their way around a keyboard and a screen. We don't have a fancy lounge or an expensive coffee machine that makes fancy drinks. We just have a regular kettle and some jars of tea on a shelf. Most of us take the bus or ride our motorbikes to get here every morning. Netaji Nagar is a nice area to work in, not too far from the main parts of Pune but a bit more relaxed than the city center. We have our daily routines, starting the day with a quick talk about what needs to be fixed or updated on the various projects. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just work through our tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we stay late, but mostly we’re out by evening.
