We are over at B8 in Balaji Apartments, care of Sandeep Janjire. It’s in Baner, Pune 45. Ramco Systems Ltd operates out of this space. It’s not your typical commercial office building. It feels more like a home, which we actually like because it makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and we spend a lot of time on them. Pune is a great city to be in, and Baner has grown a lot since we first arrived. We’ve seen more traffic and more big buildings going up all around us. Our team is small and we prefer to keep things simple. We handle various system-related tasks throughout the week. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. Most of our work comes from local people knowing we do a good job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be reliable for the people who count on us. There’s usually some snacks on the table and someone complaining about how hot it's getting. It’s a real office with real people. Ramco Systems Ltd is just our small contribution to the tech scene here in Pune. We’re just here at Balaji Apartments, doing our best every day to keep the systems working. It's not fancy, but it's ours.
