We’re set up at A-3, 202, in the Fortune East building, which is right near the Housefull store in Kharadi. Pune 411014 is the area. Ramboll Imi Soft Pvt Ltd has this space on the second floor. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic near Kharadi can be a real headache in the mornings. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rows of desks and a small corner where we keep the water cooler. We don't do any of that corporate synergy talk. We just come in, do the work, and try to get home before the evening rush starts. The building has other businesses too, so it’s always a bit active around the elevators. The walls are pretty much empty because we haven't bothered with posters or paint since we moved in. We think it’s better to focus on the software and the technical details than on how the office looks. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to one of the engineers who happens to be free. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We like the local shops around here for tea and snacks. Sometimes we all head out for a quick bite at one of the small eateries down the street. It’s a very typical Pune experience—busy, a bit loud, and full of energy. We don’t try to act like a multi-national corporation. We’re just a local business trying to do our part and keep our heads down.
