Ramanbyte Private Limited is located in a place called Bhugaon, which is in the Mulshi Taluka near Pune. We are in the Chondhe Complex on G No. 499. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but that’s one of the things we like about it. It’s not as frantic as working in the middle of Pune. The office is a straightforward setup in the complex. We have several rooms with workstations and a small area where we can sit and talk. We do a lot of software and data-related work here. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just speak plainly about what we can do. Most of us live in the nearby villages or on the outskirts of Pune. We like the fact that we can see some greenery from our windows. Sometimes we go for a walk in the afternoon just to clear our heads. The community around Chondhe Complex is quite nice and we’ve made some friends here. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on doing a good job so that people recommend us. It’s a very honest way to run a business. We just keep our heads down, write our code, and make sure everything is working like it should. That’s our daily routine and we are happy with how things are going.
