This shop is Ram Mobile Shopee and you can find us at Dhayari 66 1. It’s just a small place where we sell phones and things like that. We have been in this part of Dhayari for a few years now. The walls are covered with those colorful plastic cases and charging cables. It’s usually me or my cousin behind the counter. We spend a lot of our time helping people set up their new devices or explaining why their old one isn't charging anymore. It’s a lot of talking. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings after everyone gets off work. We have a small glass display for the new models, but we also sell a lot of used phones. People come in looking for a deal. It’s not a corporate store, so things are a bit messy sometimes. We have boxes stacked in the corner and the radio is usually playing in the background. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. If a screen is cracked, we see if we can get the part to fix it. It’s a basic life here. We like being part of the street. Dealing with electronics all day can be tiring, but it's what we know. We just try to get the phones working so people can get back to their lives.
