Rajesh Steel Industries

Rajesh Steel Industries is located at 259 in Raviwar Peth, near the Benson Town side. It’s an old part of the city. The building we are in has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We work with steel here, so there is always a bit of metal shavings on the floor and the smell of iron in the air. It’s a tough job. We have heavy machinery that’s been with us for years. It’s not the quietest place to work. My brother and I manage the daily tasks. We get shipments in and send orders out from that same door at 259. Raviwar Peth is always crowded, so getting trucks in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have a front office with a receptionist. You just walk into the main workshop and someone will eventually see you. We use old desks and the chairs are a bit squeaky. We don't see the point in buying new furniture when the old stuff works fine. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor rather than sitting down anyway. We’ve been here since the 259 address was first assigned. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We just do the work, load the trucks, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s what we know. There's no fancy talk here, just the sound of steel being moved and machines running all day long.
