We set up our workspace in a row house over in Raje Shivaji Nagar, right in the Chikhali Pradhikaran area. It is a quiet spot, mostly residential, which actually suits the kind of work we do just fine. Dealing with computers and IT stuff can get noisy enough as it is with all the fans running and people talking over each other about code. We do a lot of different things here, from fixing broken hardware to trying to figure out why a network isn't working like it should. We aren't in a big glass building in a tech park. It is just a regular house where we keep our tools, some spare parts, and a lot of cables. Sometimes the place looks a bit cluttered with old monitors and boxes, but we know where everything is kept. We started this because we liked taking things apart and putting them back together again. People from around Sector 16 come by when their laptops start acting up or if they need some new software installed. We don't use big words to explain what is wrong with a machine. If a hard drive is dead, we just tell you it is dead. It is practical work. We spend a lot of our day looking at screens or crawling under desks to plug things in. That is the life of an IT person in Chikhali Pradhikaran. We stay busy enough and we like the neighbors.
