Rajdhani Steels

Rajdhani Steels is based right in the heart of the Bhosari Industrial Estate. If you know that area, you know it’s mostly just factories, warehouses, and a lot of heavy trucks moving back and forth all day long. Our place is no different. It’s a functional space designed for moving steel around, not for looking pretty or impressing visitors. There is usually a layer of iron dust on everything and the sound of metal clanging is basically the background music of our workday. We spend most of our time taking orders, checking the inventory in the yard, and making sure the right grades of steel are going out to the local workshops and factories around Pune. It is honest work, but it’s physically demanding and can get pretty tiring when the weather is humid and the sun is beating down on the roof. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, tell us what they need, and we see if we have it in stock. Sometimes the logistics of getting a truck loaded and out the gate can be a real headache with the heavy traffic in Bhosari, but we usually manage to get it done somehow. We’ve been operating out of this industrial zone for a while, and we’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the metal, making sure everyone gets their orders on time and the weight is correct on the scale.
