Raj Vastu Property Consultants is based over at Wakad 113. If you know the Wakad area, you know how much it has changed lately. There’s construction everywhere and new buildings popping up all the time. Our place at 113 is right in the thick of it. We deal with property stuff and Vastu, so people come in with all sorts of questions about their homes or land. The office is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in papers and site plans. It’s not a very formal place. We talk to people like they are our neighbors because, most of the time, they actually are. Sometimes we’re out on-site looking at a piece of land, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We don’t have a receptionist or a big sign, just a straightforward setup. Working in Wakad means dealing with a lot of dust and noise from the road, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things honest when people ask us for advice. Vastu can be complicated, and property even more so, so we just take it one step at a time. It’s a lot of talking and walking around. We’ve been at 113 for a bit and it suits us fine. Nothing fancy, just a local spot for property matters where we get through the daily paperwork.
