Vastushilp Developers

Our office for Vastushilp Developers is located on the first floor of Bhosale Arcade at 14-A. We are over in Hadapsar, specifically on Street No 1. Most people find us because we’re so close to Vaibhav Theatre. You can usually hear the sounds from the main road while we’re sitting at our desks. It’s a decent spot in a busy building. We’ve been here for a while, and the arcade has seen a lot of businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed put. Being on the first floor is okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb on a hot afternoon when the sun is hitting the building. We work on various development projects around this side of Pune. It’s not glamorous work, mostly just dealing with permits, contractors, and people looking for a new place to live or work. The office is filled with the usual stuff like old files, a computer that’s a bit slow, and plenty of chairs for when families come in to talk. We don’t go in for big advertisements or billboards. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in Hadapsar. The theater nearby is a good landmark for giving directions because everyone knows it. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure the buildings we’re working on get finished properly. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices, but that is just how the development business is in a place like this. It is what it is.
