Vastuyog Estates

Vastuyog Estates is a small operation based out of Warje. Our address is number 4, and we are right near Rahul Park. If you live around here, you know it’s a pretty lived-in part of the city. We aren’t in some high-rise office building with a glass front. Instead, we have a simple place where we handle real estate matters. Most of our days are spent talking to people about local property and showing them around. We know the streets around Rahul Park really well because we’re always out there checking on things. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we like. The office has a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area pinned up on the walls. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We get all sorts of people walking in, from young couples to older folks who have lived in Warje for decades. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do here. We just help people figure out their property needs without making it too complicated. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but usually, we are busy with the paperwork that comes with buying and selling. It’s just honest work in a neighborhood we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. We keep things pretty low-key and straightforward for everyone who visits.
