Raj Steel Centre

Raj Steel Centre is situated on the Hadapsar Sarjapur Main Road. We are at Shop No 10 in the Shanti Complex, right there at Gadital. It’s a very busy spot because we are right opposite the Hadapsar Bus Depo. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, and the conductors shouting out destinations. It’s never quiet here, that’s for sure. The shop is filled with steel items of all kinds. They catch the light when the sun shines through the front door. I spend a lot of my time moving heavy things around, so I don't really need to go to a gym. Shanti Complex has been around for a bit, and we have some good neighbors in the other shops. Being at Gadital means we get a lot of people who are just waiting for their bus and decide to step in to see what we have. The main road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but it brings a lot of eyes to our window. I usually have some grease on my clothes by the end of the day from handling the stock. It’s not a clean job, but it’s what I know. I keep a small cooler for water because it gets really dusty with all the buses across the street. When the evening rush hits, the whole area is just a sea of people and vehicles. I usually wait for the worst of it to pass before I head home.
