We spend most of our time helping people with their mobile phones or sorting out connection issues. The Mega Center is a loud place with lots of people walking by all the time. Our shop isn't very big, so it can feel a bit cramped when three or four customers come in at once. We sell some accessories like chargers and covers too. People often come in because their phone stopped charging or they need a new SIM card. We just sit behind the counter and try to fix whatever problem they bring us. It’s a lot of talking to people and explaining how things work. Sometimes we get frustrated with the tech ourselves, but we eventually figure it out. We’ve been in Pimpri Colony for a while now, so we know a lot of the regular faces who work in the other shops. It feels like a small community inside the center. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the shop running and help the folks who live around here. It’s a simple life. We open up in the morning, drink some tea, and wait for the first customer to walk through the door. We don't use any fancy sales talk, just regular conversation to get the job done.
