Erandwane is a nice part of Pune. We are located in the Shantisheela Society. It is an old residential area. Our office is in a building called Leelanand, at 76/B /28. It feels more like a home than a workplace. We are tucked away off Chiplunkar Road. You can hear the birds in the morning before the city gets too noisy. We are just a few people working on associate projects. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee. The chairs are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a long day. Shantisheela is a quiet society, so we have to keep the noise down. We do not have a big sign outside. Just a small plate on the door. It is a relaxed environment. Most of us live nearby so the commute is not too bad. We have got files stacked up in the corners. It is not a corporate skyscraper. We just sit together and figure out the day's tasks. Sometimes we take a walk down the lane during lunch. There is a lot of greenery around here. It helps when the work gets a bit stressful. Rainier Associates has been in this spot for a while now. We know the security guard at the gate. He is a friendly guy. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It is a practical way to run things. No big meetings or fancy presentations. Just us in a room in Erandwane.
