Our office is at E-57 in Krishna Colony, which is part of the Hyderganj area in Lashkar, Gwalior. We have been working out of this spot for quite a long time. We deal with systems and solutions, which mostly means helping people get their computers running right or fixing technical issues that pop up. It is a local business, so most of our customers are from right here in Gwalior. The office is not anything fancy to look at; it is just a regular room with some desks and tools where we do our work. We do repairs and help set up small networks for shops or for people in their homes. Technology can be frustrating when it stops working, so we try to fix things without making the whole process more confusing than it needs to be. We don't have a marketing department or any sales people. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a friend or saw our sign while walking through Krishna Colony. We stay pretty busy with different things to do every day. Sometimes we have to go out to a customer's house, and other times they bring their machines to us. We just try to do a solid job and be fair with the people who live here.
