We set up shop here in Pune at the Sanghvi N Manish apartments. It's just a regular flat, 9-B to be exact. We've been working out of this spot for a while now. Most people know the area around S. No. 148/150/151. It’s a busy part of town but we like it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We are a small team at Radiantica. We handle our day-to-day tasks without making a big fuss. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure we stay on top of what needs doing. We don't have a big reception area or shiny signs. If you’re looking for us, just head to the ninth block. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which suits us just fine. We have our desks set up and the coffee is always on. We don’t really do the whole corporate suit thing here. It’s more about the actual work. Pune has changed a lot since we started, but this corner stays pretty much the same. We like the local shops nearby for lunch. It’s a decent place to spend the day working. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. That’s how we operate. There are no big meetings or fancy speeches. We just get through the pile of work on our desks and go home.
