Running Radhe Communication at Sadashiv Peth 567 keeps us on our toes every single day. If you know this area, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always passing through. Our shop is small, just enough space for a counter and a few glass cases for the phones and accessories. We spend a lot of time helping people who have issues with their SIM cards or need a quick recharge because they ran out of data at the wrong time. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about fixing small problems that frustrate people. Someone comes in with a cracked screen, another person can’t get their charger to work, and we just see what we can do. The shop gets quite warm in the summer because the building is old and the breeze doesn't always reach inside. We have a small fan that works overtime. We see all kinds of people, from students from the nearby colleges to older folks who find smartphones a bit confusing. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense, without using too many technical words. Sometimes we run out of a certain model or a specific cover, and we have to tell people to come back in two days. It’s just the daily grind of a small business in the heart of Sadashiv Peth. We’ve been here long enough that the tea seller next door knows exactly when we need our morning cup.
