We are set up in Bewa Godwan, specifically at Gate-4 of the Market Yard in Shanivarpeth. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company like Rachtin Infotech, being right in the middle of a wholesale market. Most of our neighbors are dealing in grain or vegetables, while we’re focused on computers and tech stuff. The yard is always chaotic, with trucks backing in and laborers carrying heavy sacks. We spend our days tucked away in our space, surrounded by screens and cables. It gets pretty loud outside with all the shouting and the engines, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. Getting to Gate-4 can be a struggle some days because of the congestion. We don’t have a flashy office with glass partitions. It’s more of a functional room where we can get work done without being disturbed. Often, we’re troubleshooting issues or setting up new systems while the market hums along outside our door. We’ve grown used to the dust and the constant movement of the Shanivarpeth market. It’s a strange mix of old-school commerce and modern technology. We don't have any corporate slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up, navigate the trucks, and handle the tech work that needs doing. It’s a gritty place to work, but it keeps us grounded and busy throughout the week. Sometimes we even help out neighbors with their internet.
