R Tech Engineering

R Tech Engineering is over at A-286, Hari Prem, on Plot No. 145/146. We are in Sector-4 of New Panvel. It’s a pretty decent area for a small engineering outfit like ours. We do a lot of technical work and fabrication. The workshop isn't massive, but we have enough space for our tools and the projects we are working on. Panvel is a busy place these days, but Sector-4 stays a bit more manageable than the main market. We have been here for a few years now, and we’ve slowly built up our equipment. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the Navi Mumbai area. We don't really do much advertising because we are usually busy enough with the projects we already have. It’s a lot of measuring, cutting, and welding. Sometimes the plans are complicated, and we have to spend a lot of time figuring out the best way to put things together. My team is small, but they know their way around the machines. We keep the place as clean as we can, though it’s hard with all the metal shavings and oil. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It helps pass the time when we are doing repetitive tasks. We just focus on getting the jobs done right so we don't have to redo anything later. It's a solid way to make a living.
