R Square Systems Pvt Ltd is based in Dhanakawadi, specifically at 16/17. It is a residential kind of area with a lot of families around, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know each other's habits pretty well. The office is basically two rooms knocked together. We have a lot of hardware lying around, sometimes in piles that we really should organize better. It is a working space, not a showroom. We spend our days fixing things and making sure systems are running like they should. Sometimes things break unexpectedly and we have to stay late to sort it out. That's just the nature of the work. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to tell us what to do every minute. We just look at the list of jobs and get started. Lunch is often a shared thing where someone brings a tiffin and we all sit around the main table. It is a very relaxed environment. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. People come to us because they know we are right here in Dhanakawadi and we won't give them a hard time. We just provide what is needed and move on to the next thing. It works for us and it seems to work for the people we help.
