R S Salgar Furniture Works is found at 568 9/B on J.N. Marg. We are located right on Krishna Temple Street. This is a street that has a lot of local character. Being on J.N. Marg means we are fairly easy to find if you are familiar with the landmarks around the Krishna Temple. Our workshop is where all the noise and the work happens. It’s filled with the smell of wood and the sound of tools being used throughout the day. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights; we are a working furniture shop. There’s usually sawdust on the floor and pieces of wood leaning against the walls. It’s a bit messy, but that’s because we are always in the middle of a project. We spend our hours measuring, cutting, and putting things together. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or just passing through the neighborhood. We’ve been here at 568 9/B for a long time, and the locals know the sound of our shop. It’s a very down-to-earth way to make a living. We don’t have a website or fancy marketing; we just have our address on Krishna Temple Street and the work we do every day. It’s a simple life of making things with our hands and keeping the shop running as best as we can. We just focus on getting each piece of furniture right, one day at a time, until the job is done.
