Our office is located at 10 Punyai Kshipra Sahnivas Society in Karve Nagar, Pune. It is actually inside a residential society, so it is a bit quieter than being right on a main highway, which is nice. We do engineering work, which involves a lot of technical drawings and looking at specifications on our computers. We are not a giant factory with thousands of workers; it is a smaller setup where we can actually focus on what we are doing. A typical day for us starts with checking emails and then getting into the technical stuff. Sometimes we have to go out to visit sites or meet with people to see how a project is going, but a lot of the work happens right here at our desks. We have been in Pune for a while and the location in Karve Nagar works well for us. It is a decent area with plenty of spots to grab lunch nearby. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific engineered. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. We just try to get the job done right and make sure the math works out on whatever we are building or designing. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours get long when a deadline is coming up, but we just keep at it.
