I am R N Nair and my office is at 4 Bhosarigoan on Satadhar Cross Road. I’m located in the Bajirao Lande Building, which is quite easy to spot because it’s near Hotel Yuvraj. Most people in Bhosari use the hotel as a landmark, so I usually tell them to look for that. My space in the building is pretty basic, just a few rooms where I can get my work done in peace. I’ve been here for several years now and I’ve seen the Satadhar Cross Road area get busier and busier with every passing year. There’s a lot of traffic and the sound of horns is something you just learn to ignore after a while. I don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area with a TV. It’s just a place for honest work. I handle everything myself or with a bit of local help. Sometimes the power goes out or the elevator stops working, but that’s just life in an older building. I don’t believe in spending a lot on advertising or making my business sound more important than it is. I just provide my services to the people who come through the door. Being near Hotel Yuvraj is good for grabbing a quick tea or meeting someone informally. It’s a simple, local setup and I like the independence it gives me. I’ve lived in this part of town for a long time and I know the neighborhood well. Usually, I'm here from ten in the morning until quite late.
