The shop is in Akurdi at Kanamwar Nagar. It is not a very big space, just enough for a couple of counters and a wall full of mobile accessories like chargers and covers. We deal with all sorts of phones, mostly fixing them when they go wrong or selling used ones to people who don't want to spend too much money. The area of Kanamwar Nagar has a lot of workers and students, so we stay pretty busy throughout the day. We have a lot of chargers and earphones hanging on the walls. Most of the time, I am sitting with a magnifying glass trying to fix a charging port that is full of lint or dust. It is fiddly work and makes my eyes tired by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy sign, just the name painted on the board above the door. The shop gets a bit warm in the summer because we only have one small fan on the wall. We keep a stash of old parts in the drawers in case we need them for a tricky repair. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions or to use the stapler for their papers. We don't mind much. It is a friendly place for the locals. We don't use a lot of technical talk with our customers because most of them just want their phone to work again. We tell them how much it will cost and how long it will take.
