R B Cell

We've been at the Sarbande Palya spot on Kanakapura Main Road for a while now. It’s a busy corner in Hari Colony, and anyone around Hadapsar knows how the traffic gets. R B Cell isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just where we sit and look at phones all day. Mostly, people come in because they dropped their screen or the battery isn't holding a charge like it used to. It's dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we keep the counters as clean as we can. We started out just doing small recharges and selling plastic covers, but then things changed and everyone got smartphones. Now we spend a lot of time with tiny screws and magnifying glasses. Sometimes a customer comes in really worried about their photos, and we try to see what can be done. It’s a small shop, maybe a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at once. We usually have the radio on or just listen to the bikes passing by outside. It's not a corporate office. My cousin helps out sometimes when I have to go pick up parts from the city. We know most of the neighbors, and they stop by just to chat even if they don't need anything fixed. That's just how it is here. We try to be fair with the prices because everyone knows everyone else in this part of town. Sometimes the light in the back flickers, but we haven't got around to fixing it yet.
