R & D Tech Pvt Ltd is located in Bramha Chambers on Tilak Road, right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth. It’s a busy part of town, and our office is usually just as busy. We’ve got a lot of equipment crammed into our space, mostly for testing and technical development. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. There are wires and circuit boards scattered around quite a bit. We spend our days working on various tech projects. Sometimes we’re stuck on one problem for a week, and other times things go smoothly. We’re a small group, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. No suits or ties here, just regular clothes and a lot of coffee. Sadashiv Peth is an old area with a lot of character, and we like being here. The building itself is a bit older too, but it suits us just fine. We mostly deal with other businesses who need technical help. We don't spend much time on social media or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the engineering and the technical side of things. It can be stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we usually manage to get it done. It's just a regular office where people work hard and try to figure things out. We don’t have any big slogans or goals, just the daily work.
