We are based out of Father Michel Housing Society in Vishrantwadi. The address for Qynext Softech Services Private Limited is 39/1/1, and it’s a pretty standard residential area. We ended up here because it’s a lot more relaxed than the main business hubs in Pune. Our office is basically just a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations and some shelves for our books and papers. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise downtown, but it works for us. The society is mostly families, so it stays fairly quiet during the day while everyone is at school or work, which is good when we need to concentrate. Sometimes you can hear kids playing outside in the afternoons. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. We just show up, do our software work, and head home. Most of us have been around this part of town for a long time, so we know where to get the best snacks and which roads to avoid during peak hours. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary fluff. We spend most of our time dealing with code and fixing bugs, usually with a lot of tea to keep us going. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Vishrantwadi. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when our eyes get tired.
