Our office for Qwintech It Solutions Private Limited is on the 4th floor of the Skywater building. The address is Flat No-810, and we are in the Ravinanda area, specifically Gat No 60/1 in Wagholi. Being on the 4th floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the traffic when the windows are open. It’s a functional space. We have our workstations set up in the main rooms of the flat. It’s more of an apartment-style office than a big corporate floor. We like it because it feels a bit more comfortable. Most of our day is spent looking at IT problems and trying to find solutions. It’s a lot of typing and testing. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea and coffee. We don’t have a lot of visitors, so it’s usually just the team here. The Skywater building is quite visible from the road, which helps people find us. Wagholi is a busy place, and the commute can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, so some of us try to get in early. We don’t have any fancy stuff like a gym or a cafeteria. We just have our desks and our work. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on what needs to get done. We are just normal people doing our best in the IT world. There is nothing more to it than that.
