It’s not flashy work, but it needs doing. Our team is small, mostly locals or people who moved to Pune for work. We chose Wanawadi because it’s got a bit more character than the newer suburbs. Sometimes we have tea at the corner shop when things get stressful. We try to keep things honest and clear with everyone we deal with. There’s no corporate script here.
