Quexa Systems

Quexa Systems is over in Bavdhan Phase II. It’s a bit further out than some of the other places, so it’s a lot quieter here. There aren't as many shops or big crowds, which is a nice change of pace. Our office is in a residential-looking building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some old sofas for when we need to sit away from the screens. The lighting is okay, though we rely a lot on the natural light coming through the large windows. We can see some greenery from here, which is rare for a tech office. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code, so you'll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. We do our work, chat a bit during breaks, and head home when the sun starts to set. Sometimes we stay late if a project is being difficult, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The kitchen area is small, just a microwave and a sink, but it’s enough for us. We aren't a massive team, so everyone knows each other well. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old posters. It’s just us doing what we do in Bavdhan. The commute is peaceful since we are heading away from the main city traffic. Sometimes a stray dog comes by the gate.
