Our place is located over in Pimpri, specifically in Vallabh Nagar. If you know the area, we are right near Nirmal Greetings. It’s at 192 842, and Prashant C Shewale is the name you’ll see associated with the setup here. Pune is a fast-paced city, especially around Pimpri, but our office has a bit more of a relaxed, local feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some giant IT park with thousands of people. Instead, we are right in the heart of the community. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas, so we have a good mix of people who actually know the neighborhood. Working at Qualsoft means dealing with a lot of software-related tasks, but we talk about it in plain English. There’s no need for big words when you can just explain things simply. The office itself is functional. We have our computers, a small area for tea breaks, and plenty of work to keep us moving. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the local markets, but that’s just life in Pune. We’ve been at this for a while and haven't felt the need to move to a bigger, colder building. Being here in Vallabh Nagar works for us and the people we deal with. It feels more like a real workplace where you actually know the person sitting next to you.
