Our place is tucked away in Kalbhornagar, specifically in the Vadgoensheri area. It’s actually part of the R G Sahastrabhojani premises, so it can be a little tricky for people to find the first time they come looking for us. We are at 51/1/44 in Chinchwad. The building isn’t new or anything, just a standard setup where we handle all the food product stuff. It gets pretty cramped inside with all the bags and crates piled up. We spend most of the morning just sorting through stock and checking what needs to go out to the local markets in Pune. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. The neighborhood is mostly residential mixed with small workshops, so it’s fairly quiet except for the delivery vans coming in and out. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just keeping things steady. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of attention, but it keeps us busy from sunrise until late evening. My brother helps with the paperwork while I handle the floor. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk in the corner and a lot of storage space. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because the road gets muddy, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a basic operation, really. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the supplies are moving like they should.
