Quagnito Solution Pvt Ltd is based in Pune, over at No A 7 Balaji Residency in the Pimple Gurav area. We are located in New Sangvi, which is a part of Maharashtra that has seen a lot of changes lately. Our office is inside a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile workspace. There are people coming and going, kids playing nearby, and the usual sounds of a living community. We have a few rooms set up with our desks and computers. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we are all in at once, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door so people know they are in the right place. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We eat lunch together most days and talk about things other than our projects. It’s a very human way to spend the day. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook or anything. If someone needs a break or the weather is bad, we just figure it out. Being in Pune, we deal with the heat and the monsoon rains just like everyone else. We just focus on what we have to do and try to keep our heads down. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just try to be useful in our own way. We have been here for a bit now and it feels like home.
