Quadnovate Private Limited

Our office for Quadnovate Private Limited is actually inside a residential building called Naren Hills in the Wanawadi area of Pune. We’re in building D, flat number 507, which gives our workspace a bit of a homey feel. It’s located at S No. 58/8 in Azadnagar. We like it here because it’s a lot quieter than the big IT parks you find in other parts of the city. We’re just a small team working on different tech projects throughout the week. Usually, the place is filled with the sound of typing and some background music. We don't have any formal dress codes, so you’ll mostly see us in casual clothes. The kitchen in the flat is always stocked with tea and coffee because we drink a lot of it. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table, which we’ve turned into a conference spot. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty outside. We don’t have any marketing people or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the actual work. We started this because we wanted a simple place to build things without all the corporate red tape. It’s been a good experience so far, even if the space gets a little crowded when we all have a lot going on. We just focus on getting through our daily tasks and making sure everything runs like it should.
