Qleap Academy & Consulting Llp is tucked away behind the Nia Campus in Balewadi. We are up in Flat No. A-1-1001 of Nandan Prospera on Baner Road. It is a high-rise building, so the view of Pune from up here is actually pretty good, especially when the sun starts going down. Since we are in a residential complex, it is a bit quieter than being right on the main road. Getting past the security gate can take a minute sometimes, but once you are up here, it is a calm place to work. We have turned the flat into a workspace with some long tables and chairs. It still feels like a home in some ways, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch. Most of our days are spent on calls or sitting around the big table talking through different projects. The address is 411045, and it is a good spot because we are close to the main parts of Baner but hidden away enough to focus. The balcony has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. It is not a fancy consulting firm with glass walls; it is just our base of operations where we drink way too much tea and get our tasks done. It feels right for the way we work.
